January 6

It's comforting to remember, "He cares for me." Christian, don't dishonor your faith by always appearing burdened. Bring your worries to the Lord. You struggle under a weight your Father could easily bear. What feels overwhelming to you is light to Him.

Nothing brings more peace than resting in God's hands and accepting His will. If you're suffering, be patient. God hasn't forgotten you. The One who feeds sparrows will provide for you too. Don't sink into despair. Keep hoping. Face your troubles with faith, and relief will come.

God cares for you. His eye is on you, His heart aches for your pain, and His power will rescue you. The darkest clouds will become showers of mercy, and night will turn to morning.

If you belong to Him, He will heal your wounds and mend your broken heart. Don't doubt His love because of your troubles. Believe He loves you just as much now as in happier times. Imagine the peace you would have if you left your worries to God's care. With a little oil and meal, Elijah survived the famine, and you'll get through this too.

If God cares for you, why worry? Can you trust Him with your soul but not your daily needs? He has never refused to carry your burdens or faltered under them. Trust Him, and leave your cares with a God who loves you.

Closing Prayer

God, as we start this day, help us trust You fully, even when the path isn't clear. In Christ's name, Amen.
