March 29

Prayer often waits patiently at the door until the King arrives to grant the blessings it seeks. The Lord may test great faith with long delays, letting our cries echo back to us from a silent sky. We knock on heaven's gate, and it seems unyielding.

Like Jeremiah, we feel that our prayers are blocked by clouds. Still, we wait patiently, not because our prayers lack intensity or favor, but because it pleases our sovereign Lord to act in His own timing. We can't dictate the terms of when or how He answers. Delays aren't denials; God's timing is perfect.

Don't let Satan shake your trust by highlighting unanswered prayers. They're not ignored. God treasures them. Every prayer is recorded in heaven's archives.

Believer, your tears are collected by the Lord and your groanings noted. Your prayers will be answered. Can you wait a little longer, trusting His timing over your own? Soon, He will turn your waiting into joy, replacing your sorrow with celebration.

Closing Prayer

Father, as evening comes, help us trust You fully, even when the path isn't clear. We pray in Jesus' name. Amen.
