The resurrection of Christ, like our salvation, showcases divine power. Consider those who believe conversion comes from human free will and their own goodness. As unlikely as the dead rising by their own strength, is the idea of sinners turning to Christ by mere willpower. True life comes from the Holy Spirit.
This divine power is unstoppable. No soldiers or priests could keep Christ in the tomb. Death couldn't hold Him. Just as Christ rose, so is the believer given new life. No sin, evil, or force in the world can hinder God's grace when it moves to change a life.
When God decisively acts, no one can resist. Notice how the power that raised Christ brought glory to God and devastated the forces of evil. Similarly, each sinner's conversion radiates God's glory. This power is eternal.
"Christ being raised from the dead dies no more. Death has no more dominion over him." So, when we're raised to new life, we leave old ways behind and live for God. "Because He lives, we live also." "Our life is hidden with Christ in God." "Just as Christ was raised by the Father's glory, we too should walk in newness of life." There's profound unity in this new life with Jesus. The power that raised Him now works in us. What a blessing to be made alive with Christ!
