Work to remember how completely you depend on the Lord's goodwill for every blessing you enjoy. Don't try to rely on past provisions or seek help elsewhere. Everything must come from Jesus, or you'll be lost. Old blessings won't sustain your spirit; you need fresh anointing from God's own hand.

Today, you might stand tall on God's mountain, but only He can keep you there. If He turns away, your stability will vanish. God can touch the very light of heaven and turn it dark if He wills. He holds your joy, your sight, your strength, and at His command, they can disappear. Our Lord wants us to feel this daily reliance. He only teaches us to pray for “daily bread” and promises strength for each day.

Isn't it better this way? Returning constantly to His throne reminds us of His love. How rich His grace must be, supplying us endlessly despite our ingratitude. His blessings never stop flowing. We bow at Jesus' feet, knowing we can't do anything without Him, ready to praise His name for every gift He graciously provides.

Closing Prayer

Lord, as this day begins, anchor our hope in Your unchanging promises. In Jesus' name, Amen.
